Pallet Conveyor
	SE&M's product line includes transportation and accumulation pallet conveyor. Our standard designs can be modified to meet your entire pallet handling requirements for wood, plastic or fiber pallets. The pallet conveyors can be prewired for integration into a new or existing system or supplied as a stand-alone pallet system. SE&M offers a line of high quality conveyor products that include: turntables, transfers, pallet dispensers, and pallet stackers.
Table Top Conveyor
	SE&M's table top chain conveyors are custom-engineered to handle a variety of packaged products. Applications include: food, beverage, household products, pharmaceuticals, and empty containers. SE&M's table top conveyors are available in both stainless and painted mild steel versions. Single, multi-chain, and mat top chain configurations are also available.
Hopper-Dumper Systems
	SE&M's Hopper-Dumper Systems are engineered to handle pre-forms from the gaylord on a pallet through delivery to the blowmolder. The system contains the gaylord pallet conveyor, gaylord dumper, the pre-form hopper, and any needed pre-form transport conveyor, including a specially designed cleated incline. Each system features an entry-exit safety system that allows a pallet to enter and exit the hazardous area automatically, while disabling the dangerous motions if a person were to enter the same area. SE&M's Hopper-Dumper Systems deliver an uninterrupted stream of pre-forms to the blowmolder, based on the blowmolder's requirements.
Case Conveyor
	SE&M has a complete line of case handling conveyor designed to be used in a wide variety of applications. The product line includes transportation and accumulation conveyor, meter belts, and incline conveyor. Specialty items such as case turners, switches, combiners, and divergers are also part of this product line. SE&M's products are designed to meet all your case conveying needs, preserving the integrity of the case, at a value price.
Control Panel and Consoles
	SE&M can build control panels to house all of the components to run a successful system. SE&M possesses the knowledge and experience to combine the PLC and operator interface into an "easy to maintain" system. Panels are built in-house, guaranteeing adherence to strict assembly standards. Operator interfaces from computer-based apps to touchscreens to pushbuttons can be incorporated seamlessly into the system. All wires are clearly marked from the I/O card through junction boxes to the final device allowing easy traceability. SE&M has can supply complete stand-alone systems or partial systems that can be integrated into an existing system.
Tekno Aluminum Extrusions
	SE&M is licensed as an official Tekno Integrator. Tekno aluminum extrusion conveyors are ideal for assembly and/or testing workcells where multiple operations are performed on the same unit. Examples would include assembly of appliances, televisions, or automobile seats. Typically, the product would be assembled on a specially designed pallet. Entire workcells can be constructed of the aluminum extrusion allowing for complete customization of the work area. Power rails can be added to the conveyor allowing the product being assembled or tested to remain under power as it moves from cell to cell. Change Parts
	SE&M can provide support, including Change Parts and Upgrades, to numerous types of equipment originally manufactured by Simplimatic Engineering Company (a.k.a. Crown-Simplimatic and several other names). This equipment includes but is not limited to Bulk Palletizers and their associated equipment, High-Speed Traypackers and Shrink Wrappers. Skidding / Shipping
	SE&M believes that NO job is complete until it arrives safe and sound at your facility. SE&M has many years of experience in shipping equipment to both domestic and international destinations. Components or systems are crated and packed with the transportation methods in mind. Every effort is taken to protect your investment as it travels from our facility to yours.
